Quality control (QC, for “Quality Control”) is a process used in the manufacturing industry to ensure that products meet buyer requirements and expectations.
At SHOX they have divided the structured work into two parts: manufacturing and quality control. The various steps are carried out completely separately in different departments or integrated into the process work together with engineers and users.
To determine quality and customer benefit, they use a group of testers, where the evaluation is done on a binary scale (pass/fail) or a multigrade scale (for example, 1-5).
They call this process APPROVED PRODUCTS SAP – SHOX.
SHOX and sustainability.
Our goal is to create long-term value by implementing a business strategy that focuses on the ethical, social, cultural, and economic dimensions of the overall business.
The concept of a sustainable company can be explained as “doing more with less”. It is as much about sustainable production and consumption as it is about becoming more efficient. Maximize the positive impact and minimize the negative impact on the environment, society and people. Managing and developing the company in a sustainable way means doing more than what the laws and regulations say: it means that we take responsibility for sustainable development. Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of today without jeopardizing the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
We see it in three dimensions, where all the parts together contribute to sustainable development:
All three parts influence each other. Reducing resource consumption often results in reduced expenses and better cost for all stakeholders in society.
